funny now but I was scared it would start being painful - I finally

feel better today (off since sunday) needed that strict intro again but

last night lying in bed the amount of gas bubbles were SO loud and so

many, it was crazy - but never hurt and was gone today and now I feel

better - was that die off????? how does it just disappear (a little

passed) but not all that ??????? just curious
