Hi all,

This intereted me a lot, because I have Histadelia or High Blood Histamine (google this one, not histadelia)We recently confirmed it via a blood test - my levels are 6x normal. I take Allegra daily, and my ND is trying to figure out a way to get me off of it, but so far, no success. Still itching. A LOT! If you learn anything, please share.
