Any idea for how long these mustards will keep?

Glad he likes it -- and mustard is one of the absolutely easiest

condiments to make.

Vinegar is actually a preservative, so mustard keeps a looong time. I

usually make the Creole mustard by the quart, and we've never had it go

bad.
