Guest guest
I deal with chronic nausea, and have been diagnosed with several conditions that cause the problem. I have to be choosy about what SCD foods I eat in order to keep the nausea down to bearable levels. Plus I also use an anti-nausea med. at times. Please tell us more about what foods you're eating, how long you've been on SCD, what you've been diagnosed with. I can offer better suggestions if I know more. Yes, strictures can slow down motility, which could be putting pressure on your stomach and upper GI. You may need to be more selective about your foods. Kim M.
