No, haven't tried the LDN approach. My digestion has been very stable for 3 years, and my symptoms minimal, so I'm not ready to try something new. Plus my body is very intolerant of supplements and medications, so it has to be really important (or I'm very symptomatic) for me to get through the difficult first doses.

But I do keep these options in mind.
