I have seen that. Pretty amazing. Saw a long tv program on it. That is the

effect ambien had on me. Instead of helping me sleep, it made me super

alert. I was nearly comatose at that point anyway so that is probably why it

had more of an alert effect on me.

Alternatives for Taking Za

Ambien is a weird drug. Have you seen they use it to WAKE UP people

who are stuck in certain types of Coma's? It wakes them up for a few

hours and when the Ambien wares off they slip back into the Coma.

It also gives me a headache and hangover type feeling in the morning.

Personally I don't like Ambien.
