Shoot. I typed up an email then my system crashed and I lost it. :(

As far as synthetic ascorbic acids go, yours sounds like a pretty good one.

It is not made from corn (label says no corn) but it doesn't say what it is

made from. The fact that it is buffered and has bioflavonoids makes it

easier on the stomach and more beneficial.

I personally prefer the full vitamin C in natural form and am ordering mine

My vitamin c is Natrol Ester C. It says it is:

Vitamin C (as Calcium Ascorbate++) 500mg

Calcium (as Calcium Ascorbate ++) 50mg

Is this the good kind?
