HI SUSAN I`M FRED FROM PITTSBORO I WAS DENIED BECAUSE OF EXCULISION, DEBBIE

SENT A APPEAL LETTER AND I WAS APPROVER BY DEBBIE RECIVING A PHONE CALL FROM MY

INSURANCE MED COST. DEBBIE WAS GIVEN A CONFORMATION NUMBER AND I HAD THE SURGERY

ON 09-01-99. THE SURGERY WENT GREAT. I RECIVED A LETTER AFTER SURGERY THAT

STATED THAT THE INSURANCE CO. NEVER APPOVED THE SURGERY. SO I AM IN THE PROSESS

OF HIRING A LAWYER TO FIGHT THE INSURANCE CO. SO EVEN AFTER I WAS APPROVED THE

INSURANCE CO. IS SAYING THEY WANT PAY FOR THE SURGERY. I DON`T HAVE THE MONEY TO

PAY FOR THE SURGERY. SO I`M JUST LEFT OUT IN THE COOL.

GOOD LUCK SUSAN AND YOU HAVE MY PRAYERS.
