I was wondering if you would tell me what you eat to reach that count! I know I've only been on the diet for 4 weeks and I definately was not as sick as most of the people on here but nevertheless still had bad tummy problems. I just can't seem to get above 1200-1400 calories a day and I've dropped another pound. I know this sounds stupid because most people are trying to lose weight BUT ......I wish I would stop losing. How long do you think that will take? I've just now began to eat about a fourth of a banana a day without it killing me! YEAH!!!!!!!!!!!! I love banana's! Hoping to hear from you.
