Hi all,

Since my last posting for those who might have seen my messages I have

had an up and down time. I am currently 110lbs but cannot think of

anything to stop my D. I attend university so I have to help my mother

to prepare food early in the morning to last me for the entire day. I

travel maybe 20 miles from school in Kingston to home each day and

that is a massive challenge by itself. Also, my double major in

Economics and Mathematics doesn't help much in reducing stress either

although I am in love with both subject areas and get my motivation

from that.

My issue is that I rarely get in any veggies apart from beet borscht.

I am confused as to what to start with and how it can be adapted to

someone who has to travel and reheat food at school. I am almost

certain that this inconsistency with my diet is causing my D to

continue. At the moment it is intermittent all day long and double in

frequency at night. My appetite is mainly good and I gain weight

albeit slowly but the D is not very nice at a university where I have

to be rushing 3-4 daily and barely making it. I guess we all know that

feeling. Can anyone offer any input?

Have you told us what you eat?

In the early stages I took food to work - steamed vegetables and fish. I didn't reheat. Before I left I poured on vinaigrette (oil, lemon juice, salt) and I always found them quite palatable.

In the early stages, my diet consisted of 75% steamed vegetables.
