Guest guest
The only way one can do the Wendie plan on WW I believe if they are doing the Winning points. This plan is a 5 point spread as where the flex only gives you one number to use for the day. There are flex points for our new WW plan so I am not sure how people will incorporate the WP with WW. I have never done the WP. I think this plan is more for people who have a hard time with the plateaus. I am on another list and many people wanted to do this WP. I hope it will work if you want to use it. Thanks for reading. Cyrella

Guest guest
It's the same as it was under the Winning Points. They just use the flex points to make the high/low days. I can't find the way the points were spread out when Winning Points was around, but I believe, it's the same, except they added the 2 points, since the bottom number was raised. You use all but 8 points each week. Yes, that's exactly what the Wendie Plan was designed for, to help break those plateaus. But I know many do it every week. A lot of folks like it, because they don't have to precalcuate points on their own. They find it easier to plan their day, since the week is already planned out. Guest guest
It should work just fine with the flex plan. In fact, it's probably more suited to the FP than winning points because on your super high days you're not going to have that mental " Oh no, I went over points " thing going on. All it is doing is redistributing how you use points. I do a " Tory Plan " (hee hee) myself and have since about two months into Wwers. It works well with my lifestyle. Monday-Thursday I eat 25 points a day. Generally no more, no less. If more it's one point and the next day I do 24. Friday I eat 34 points Saturday I eat 34-44 points Sunday I eat 34-44 points Basically when I was on the Winning Points system it was: Mon-Thurs low points in my range Fri high points plus my 4 Aps Sat-Sun high points, plus Aps, plus up to 10 from the bank This kept my metabolism raring (in fact often if I stepped on the scale on Monday I'd find a little better weight loss than on Friday, my WI day), made weekends easier since we are often out and eat at least one meal in a restaurant, and gave me a little wiggle room for a low point relaxing dinner Friday after work or popcorn at a movie. Now on Flexpoints plan I do: Mon-Thurs: Target Fri: Target+9 Aps (I earn about 10 Aps a day, but if I don't earn 9 I use some FPs) Sat-Sun: Target+my Aps+ some FPs as needed It's working for maintenance. ~'~'~'~'~'~'~'~'~'~'~'~'~'~'~'~'~'~'~'~'~'~'~'~'~' Tory Klementsen, MCP A+ Career and Technology Educator www.teechur.com www.msteechur.com -The successful person will do the things that the unsuccessful person will not. > Re: Wendie Plan/ Will it > work with flex? > > > The only way one can do the Wendie plan on WW I believe if > they are doing the > Winning points.
