Guest guest
After you make yogurt and put it in the frig to set 8 hours so it will get firm, how long after that is it still good? One week? Two weeks? Also, I would like to thank for one of her post where she told how tired she was in the beginning. That's about my only complain right now. I just do not have much energy. I just stayed in the kitchen for 2.5 hours preparing apples, squash, carrots, etc. and now I'm exhausted! I fixed me an avocado with a little olive oil and salt and have set down to rest. I'm glad to know that " that " is ok! Blessings, Tonya Diverticulitis 12-07-08 SCD 1-13-
Guest guest
Tonya, The yogurt will stay " active " for about two weeks. Then it may still be good for using in cooking, but the Yogurt Fairies will have stopped dancing. Recommendation -- sit at your dining table while peeling apples, carrots, etc. That will help with the tiredness. — Marilyn New Orleans, Louisiana, USA Undiagnosed IBS since 1976, SCD since 2001 Darn Good SCD Cook No Human Children Shadow & Sunny Longhair Dachshund
