Guest guest Posted January 18, 2009 Report Share Posted January 18, 2009 Other than liver and spinach, what else has good iron in stage 1 of the diet? I've been keeping track of what I eat at fitday.com, and it says I'm getting a minuscule amount of iron from my foods. I've always had a lot of problems with anemia, and worry it might get worse. As far as the liver goes, how do you guys cook it? Is there a way to make it...gasp...tasty, or do you just kind of have to hold your nose and swallow?
