I guess you could try heating the milk back to 180, cooling it and adding yogurt starter, but I'd be worrying that I couldn't get rid of excess bacteria, or that the taste of soured milk would be strong and unappetizing. So, I'd toss it and start a new batch with a new container of milk. Kim M.
