Guest guest
You've got a great plan, April. I would definitely stay away from the Fast Track while you are still training for your half mary. I tried it a few weeks ago, but I just couldn't stick with it. It just seems way too low for people who are very active. Good luck on your race! Let us know how you do. Luanne
Guest guest
You sound stressed and I think you have the right idea. Just relax and maintain your weight and concentrate on your upcoming 1/2 marathon. That will be a fabulous accomplishment! Cheyenne
Guest guest
Sounds like you have a good plan. Boy being stuck is sure frustrating. I had been stuck for 6 weeks before losing again. I was either gaining or maintaining, but this week the scale went down and I'm doing all I can to keep it that way (although I ate most of my points for the day already and barely have any left for dinner). Maybe you could mix up your exercise routine and trick your body into burning more fat. I've heard that sometimes it just takes a new mix to jump start your metobolism again. Good luck.
