Can you tell me which cookbook

this frosting is in? Sounds super yummy. And Marilyn, if you can share

the frosting you use, it would be much appreciated! Sounds like it might

taste like cream cheese frosting (my pre-SCD fave).

My topping is pretty much " seat of the pants. "

I make two liters of half-and-half yogurt. I drip or drain it to remove

at least a half-liter of liquid so that it is very thick and very

cream-cheesy.

I usually use half to make ranch dip, and half to make dessert

topping.

For the dessert topping, I add half a cup of honey and 1-2 teaspoons of

vanilla extract. You can use other extracts to vary the flavor. You can

also use fruit sauce to sweeten, but be sure your fruit sauce is at least

as thick as honey.

Thanks, sounds great! I'll have to try frosting my " brownies " sometime. I need

to make some ranch dressing too. I used to like dipping chicken fingers in it.
