Guest guest
When you guys prepare dehydrated bananas or other fruit, how long does it normally take to complete the process? TIA, Mara
Guest guest
Mara, I've got one of the smaller Excaliber dehydrators and 13 hours is just about right for a slice about 1/4 inch thick. I'd check bananas after 12 hours until you get used to what yours will do. Mine dry quicker in the winter when the air is dryer than in the summer when it's more humid.
