This sounds adrenal, as you increase T3 more cortisol gets used and sometimes you can't produce enough. Taking the T3 is lots of small doses can help otherwise you may need HC Have a read here http://thyroid-rt3.com/temperat.htm Nick -- for more information on RT3 and Thyroid Resistance go to www.thyroid-rt3.com
Guest guest
Another way that may cause this is if you are doing something different than you normally do. For instance I tried a new supplement and noticed it dropped my temp. Or perhaps I am more stressed that day. I reflect on what I am doing differently then I go back and remove it and I find my temps start to rise again. > > >This morning it was lower than it normally is and instead of rising, it actually dropped to 96.5 and that is where it has stayed all day. Guest guest
My adrenals have checked out fine, both saliva & blood. Yesterday was just a freak occurrence. My temps have NEVER stayed below normal for the day, until I started the T3 last week. This morning my temp was among one of the lowest I've ever had at 96.4, but now it's at 98.9 which is in the normal range for me. My temps have always been fairly stable, with the exception of first thing in the morning. Upon rising, I'm usually in the 97.? range, with a quick climb to normal for the rest of the day. Is it possible that this can be caused by increasing the T3 dosage too fast? > > > > >This morning it was lower than it normally is and instead of rising, it actually dropped to 96.5 and that is where it has stayed all day.
