Guest guest
I have not found any, so I take Freeda vitamins Quintabs - M, which contain iodine as potassium iodide equaling 100% daily needed.

Guest guest
I have a problem with salts that add sugar. Maybe it's just me, but I was not thrilled when I found this out about table salt, even before the SCD. I prefer to use sea salt, believing it to be purer and healthier. Maybe I'm right, maybe there's not much difference, but that's me. So--how much iodine do I need, and why, and where can I get it from? Marilyn2 Feeling the pinch at the grocery store?
