Started taking 50 mg per day. That is the only change I have made. I am taking the iron ant regular t4.My temp. all through the last year and a half were low (36.2 c ) and my hands were always cold. The last few days my temps are really high (37.0 c), my hands are not cold and I feel really hot.Maybe it started after trying HC for the first time for a few days ao maybe after iron. No comments really, Iron at 50 is barely enough to make any difference so not sure why temps are going up Nick -- for more information on RT3 and Thyroid Resistance go to www.thyroid-rt3.com
Guest guest
You probably had some T3 poolinig in your blood and the combo of Iron adn HC has allowed some to actually get to the cells. -- Artistic Grooming- Hurricane WV http://www.stopthethyroidmadness.com/ http://health.groups.yahoo.com/group/NaturalThyroidHormonesADRENALS/ http://health.groups.yahoo.com/group/RT3_T3/ http://groups.yahoo.com/group/HypoPets/
Guest guest
This is exactly what happened to me before I discovered my ferritin was very low. I took some iron only 18 elemental for two days and felt s owonderful, energy, nice temps, then the next few days I felt awful. Now I know what happened as valerie described. I am now taking 200 elemental iron and still tired but my ferritin is low and I don't have that pooling T3 anymore. In order to raise T3 I need more ferritin. Looking into doing an IV. > > You probably had some T3 poolinig in your blood and the combo of Iron > adn HC has allowed some to actually get to the cells. > > -- > Artistic Grooming- Hurricane WV > > http://www.stopthethyroidmadness.com/ > http://health.groups.yahoo.com/group/NaturalThyroidHormonesADRENALS/ > http://health.groups.yahoo.com/group/RT3_T3/ > http://groups.yahoo.com/group/HypoPets/ >
