Tory,

What an inspiration you are to me! I hope in the not too distant future I can

be as hyped as you are about exercise!

You have a great attitude!

I used to struggle with 50 too, Amber! I work my abs so hard because I

am trying to firm up those muscles that were SO damaged last year when

the doctor played slice 'em and dice 'em on my belly!

Tory,

You know, you are right! I do exercise now and want to learn to love it and I

KNOW I will get to that point.

What pumped me up this morning is I found some old measurements I took in

January of 2003. I was getting ready for work so I took my measurements just to

see.......well I had lost a total of 19 " !!!

I didn't start WW until July of 2003 so I imagine my measurements were even

LARGER then than in January.

What a boost!!!!

Wow that's AWESOME! I bet you were on cloud nine the rest of the

day and exercise had a LOT to do with that.
