Guest guest
Tory, You know, you are right! I do exercise now and want to learn to love it and I KNOW I will get to that point. What pumped me up this morning is I found some old measurements I took in January of 2003. I was getting ready for work so I took my measurements just to see.......well I had lost a total of 19 " !!! I didn't start WW until July of 2003 so I imagine my measurements were even LARGER then than in January. What a boost!!!! 303.4/250.5/
Guest guest
Wow that's AWESOME! I bet you were on cloud nine the rest of the day and exercise had a LOT to do with that. > RE: Get those ENDORPHINS pumping! > > > Tory, > > You know, you are right!
