The first column, energy, is helpful, but I usually look at the sugar, fiber and fat columns first when it comes to fruit (and other foods).

Avocado is fairly low in sugar and fiber but is high in fat. Which makes it one of those fruits that are OK for occasional meals during drastic yeast elimination, but only if you can tolerate the fat content...

oh my body loves fat - LOL

doing 2 a day now used to be 3 then 1 - need the extra fat/cal from it now
