I can tolerate a bit now that I have been excluding orange & grapefruit (lemon & lime don;t seem to have the same effect at all) for about 10 years! When I was allergy tested at St 's Paddington orange came up quite strongly. Angi
Guest guest
Although the spices didn't bother him, both citrus and MSG could trigger allergic reactions, hyperactivity and asthma in DS2. He had the most spectacular hour long tantrum ever, on holiday one year, after MSG, and a very severe reaction to home squeezed orange juice. Tartrazine is used in the water for irrigating the trees, to make the oranges brighter, and the hospital thought that that didn't help, either. Guest guest
my boss ( an nd) has been very successful at treating eczema using vitamin d cream ...we get ours compounded ...so not sure of any brands ...but perhaps a liquid vitamin d mixed into a mild cream or even just put drops of the liquid d onto the lesions? we had one woman who had it really severe..about 30% of her body & all over her face and within a week ( her followup appointment ) it was 95% gone ...and next week she phoned & said it was completely gone! ...one upside is that vitamin d is quite affordable ...our large compounded tube ( many months supply) is only $20 ( & thats including my bosses 100% markup!!) so online somewhere it might even be cheaper? hth, gisele
Guest guest
, Within a year's time the eczema cleared from my back. I still have it other places though.
