Hey Mara,

How is the yogurt intro going for you after being dairy free?

I tried an 8th of a teaspoon yesterday of non-fat grass fed cow milk and it

seemed to work ok! Woohoo! I tried it before I took the LDN (always helps

mitigate really crazy strong reactions) Have you ever tried this?

Anyway, going slowly with it. Have decided it's the only dairy besides a little

ghee that I will eat. Cheese would be nice in some baked dishes but I cannot

control myself with cheese.

I have been dairy free since like month 9 or 10 on the diet. I need to check my

notes.

I was on 5 months.

I restarted with about a teaspoon or a tablespoon - and have worked up

to about

a few spoons a day. So far it is fine. Good, I think. I started

back on full fat goat's milk.

Yum, I love that stuff.

Thanks for the tip with the LDN - hadn't realized.
