Confusing.

Seeds are something which have to be treated with care.

SMALL amounts of seeds are an advanced food -- like sesame

seeds.

But seeds can have large amounts of lignins and other bacteria-foods in

them. As a consequence, things like sunbutter are not legal. Nor is using

ground seeds in lieu of flour.
