Guest guest
Question for you Marilyn please... I have been eating sunflower and pumpkin seeds (raw and toasted) for quite a few months now. I grind a cup to mix with my nut flour for muffins. It doesn't seem to bother me except that it's difficult to digest...but with my acid reflux, many things are! Am I doing something wrong? Thanks, GERDS and chronic C SCD 1 yr > > SMALL amounts of seeds are an advanced food -- like sesame seeds. > > But seeds can have large amounts of lignins and > other bacteria-foods in them.
