Guest guest
Hi all of you happy smoothies makers :)I have a question for you. I see that blender is the main tool you use for smoothies and therefore all the greens are mashed with something else. And all the fiber is still present ( hard for some of us to digest). Is it possible to juice greens and combine them with fruit, or yogurt etc. whatever is tolerable? And if so is it hard to juice leafy greens? I've never done it and think that would be the way to start tolerate greens.ThanksYanaUC, SCD since March 2008

Yes, it's possible to juice the greens -- just be sure to dilute the juice significantly when starting. — Marilyn New Orleans, Louisiana, USA Undiagnosed IBS since 1976, SCD since 2001 Darn Good SCD Cook No Human Children Shadow & Sunny Longhair Dachshund
