Guest guest
, I had a LEAP test done today, it's for different allergies. Very expensive, but the doc said it will give all the info they need. They had to send it off to Boston. Had to fill out a lot of questions. Eva From: Petty <jamesapetty@...> Subject: rheumatic Test suggestions for RA - didn't someone mention $99 gluten sensitivity test? rheumatic Date: Monday, November 17, 2008, 9:11 PM Hey guys I'm seeing a new doc tomorrow that is supposed to be familiar with AP. I am going to ask her about having some tests done to better direct me in my treatment. I have been searching my old emails and I could have sworn someone on here recommended a test for food sensitivities that was around $99 for gluten. I cannot find it. If anyone has a link to it or a name I could look up that would be awesome. Also, any suggestions on tests to look up that are RA related or food related would be helpful. I plan on trying to have the http://www.tarci. net/ test done but really would like to get a food one in and want to find out if I am missing anything. thanks
Guest guest
Hi ; You can go to www.enterolab.com to order the test.My doctor says it is the best other than a biopsy. They have many tests but the gluten alone was 99$ when I had it done.If you want I can also give you info for food sensitivity testing. Guest guest
Hi ; The company in the U.S. that my doctor had me tested for food sensetivities is US Bio Tek Laboratories 13500linden Ave. North, Seattle Washington 98133.They did the standard IgG/IgE test that covers 96 item.It is a blood draw that is done by your doctor and the results are then faxed back to him/her.Since I live in Canada and our medicare does not cover tests done in the U.S it cost me 62$ .Hope this helps you.
