Guest guest
I was taking phosphatidylserine for a while. The cheapest I found was at Swanson. I've been taking lecithin granules for many years (may not be SCD legal because it comes from soy) -- it contains a lot of phosphatidylcholine and can be added to scrambled eggs or blender drinks. The cheapest source is Puritan Pride.
