the 1st is devired from soy I believe but doc said ok - just wondering what

brands and where the cheapest may be?? thanks

I was taking phosphatidylserine for a while. The cheapest I found was at

Swanson. I've been taking lecithin granules for many years (may not be SCD

legal because it comes from soy) -- it contains a lot of phosphatidylcholine and

can be added to scrambled eggs or blender drinks. The cheapest source is

Puritan Pride.
