Yes, the egg yolk are high in fat -- but a "good" fat. I don't have any problems with them, and my upper GI is very cranky. Good thing as I get cravings for eggs, and have them often.

I go for the cage-free varieties of eggs, usually brown.

Since you say " good fat " can you eat avocado?

Coconut oil is a saturated fat. It is different than animal saturated fat but

both do not agree with me. Do you know the difference between saturated fats

from animals and from plants like coconut?
