Hi: Just starting the diet. I went to a local Whole Foods and they have Farmers

Cheese by Friendship Dairy, which is in a container. I looked at the ingredients

however and it says " Culturized pasteurized skim milk, cream and salt " .

I thought it wasn't supposed to have any dairy.

Is this correct?

It also seems sort of moist.
