Anyway, plain Darvon is one of the standard postop meds for pain (at least as of earlier this month). Maybe you should talk to the good Doctor about it. I still can vouch for the effectiveness of Imitrex for migraines. I urge you to talk to your PCP about it, if you have these headaches with any kind of regularity. I haven't posted much in the past few months, but read the postings every day. I've been following you both and keeping you in my prayers. When you get depressed enough, it seems nothing will help pull you out of that hole. Have you thought of an antidepressant? It sure has helped the husband of a chronically ill, bedridden friend of mine. He just wanted to die and pleaded with everyone who came to visit to help him get out of his misery. He is still bedridden, but now he is joking and laughing and cutting up, just like his old self. I'll be keeping you both in my prayers. And if I can do anything to help, please email me personally.
