Middle of the night HC dosing

Hi all,

Been having trouble sleeping, I was on prednisolone and didn't have

this problem half as much, I switched to all HC cream a few days ago.

I've read some people set their alarms during the night to take HC is

this so they sleep better?

Any help truly appreciated,
