Christmas and flaring

Morning all,

Wanted to wish everyone a Merry Christmas yesterday but I was in a

full, head on, non-stop flare. Adding to the problem is the fact that

I should have gotten up at 4:30 a.m. when our cell phone beeped with a

message, instead of staying in bed till 8:00. I paid for the (sort of

extra) sleep dearly. Basically spent my day with hot packs, meds and

the bathtub. Not quite as bad today, but still flarin'.

So apologies to all and I hope today finds everyone safe and healthy

(as much as possible).
