The Minocycline has helped me greatly but it never takes my fluid retention away. Just a little bit of walking and I'm swollen like a balloon. Funny but when I'm out in the cold, the swelling goes down immediately! As soon as its the least bit warmer, I swell again. You mentioned that the Fong ton pills helped with fluid. Also be sure to make sure that the Fong ton pills do not contain high doses of a form of aspirin. I was taking an herbal supplement that made me feel like a new person totally free of arthritis and swelling but then, suddenly I developed a stomach ulcer. I found out that an herb was in the supplement that is a very strong form of natural aspirin. No wonder it worked so well!
