My goal is someone else will post a Weekly Lunch Plan, so we can start gathering all our wonderful ideas. I will do my best to do this every week. I have pulled my recipes from common cook books, but if someone does not have the recipe let me know and I will do my best to get it to you. Also- be sure to modify this to your own personal tolerances. Everyone is different, but my family is still doing pretty basic stuff here, so enjoy. Day 1-Halibut w/lemon, garlic & butter served with cooked or steamed broccoli. - For this I just season the fish, wrap & seal it in tin-foil and bake or grill for 30 mins Day 2- Grilled Steak served with yellow squash (frozen or fresh cooked soft) -Season steak as you like Day 3- Roast Beef -Recipe by Stocker- www.eatingscd.wordpress.com search Roast Beef- this is awesome and had great leftovers. Day 4- Asian Skewered Peanut Chicken Thighs Recipe on p 115 of Eat Well Feel Well by Kendall Conrad Day 5 Pork Chops and Baked Apples -Recipe by Tim on SCD Recipes www.scdrecipe.com/recipes Day 6- Vegetable Meat Loaf- p 118 in Breaking the Vicious Cycle This is better than my moms (but don't tell her ) Day 7- Mexican Style Shredded Pork- p. 55 from Lucy's SCD Cookbook That's what my family will be eating- post what your plan is so we can start making life that much easier.
