I went to orientaion lat Thursday in Richmond. The group participants are truly a wonderful source of information and inspiration. How was the orientation in Fremont ? This is my home on the internet because the folks here have proven to be invaluable to me in my WLS journey. Wow! Since you've had your Orientation already, you are well on your way. I think that we have a few other folks who are in the Bariatric Program at Fremont, but I don't think that we've heard from anyone who has actually surgery there yet. Does Fremont require that you lose 10% before they will schedule you for surgery? Each Kaiser program seems to be a bit different. Please, ask any questions that come to mind . . . express any concerns . .. . celebrate any milestones . . . and just generally post . . . I look forward to getting to know you.
