Guest guest
Hello, I have not used this particular newsgroup before, but I've been on the SCD for 4 years. I have two questions: 1. is soy lecithin edible on the SCD? I googled it and found conflicting reports. 2. I've been on the diet for 4 years pretty stable, but my stomach has still been bloated all this time. Is this a bad sign? what could it be? Thank you very much for your help!! Soy lecithin is legal, for use as a non-stick spray, or for small amounts as an emulsifier. Just as Vitamin E from soy is legal. WRT the bloating, I know it's easy to slide on keeping a food diary when you're doing well on the diet, but you might consider starting again to see if you can trace what food or foods may be causing this continued bloating without other symptoms. — Marilyn New Orleans, Louisiana, USA Undiagnosed IBS since 1976, SCD since 2001 Darn Good SCD Cook No Human Children Shadow & Sunny Longhair Dachshund
