Just got a Shiatsu massage pillow for my back which is where I get the most spasms. That feels really really good. I think the start of my fibro might have been when I fractured my spine. The back is the worst all the time but hands, knees and feet have their share. The other night, I had such a terrible headache and all of my teeth were throbbing. I hurt too bad to even get up to get medicine.
