Guest guest
, if the pain is at the bottom of your ribcage, right below or on the lowest rib, that is something a lot of us have. When I get that it is excruciating to touch, and makes sitting very difficult. Does that sound like the same thing? Kinda like you've been punched with something sharpish? The bracelets sound like a good idea. Maybe I should include some in my Elf baskets? LOL!! But, it could help to wear one and maybe help spread the word? It would be nice if they made really pretty ones that would attract the eye, then people would want to take a closer look, and then we would have the perfect opening. I did print out some information from the fmawareness site as well as from the Fibrohugs site, and left it at my doctor's office with his permission. I am going to ask him if I can put a poster up next May for FM Awareness day. You can get the templates to print them out from Fibrohugs if any of you could think of places to leave them. You can either make a small size on your own printer, or take it to Kinkos or somewhere like that and print out a few larger ones. I don't know if they have the templates on site right now, or not till closer till May.
