I'm so glad you hear your on that treadmill! Exercise is so important Ren to remain healthy, not only after BC, but heart health as well.

Put on some invigorating music, (I put on old Disco) and shake your groove thing!! 33 minutes - WOW - I think that's great!!!

You mentioned some of the girls possibly meeting in Lexington in the fall...maybe I could fly down to get in on the fun!!!

I don't care for chocolate, diet sodas or many dairy products. So why am I 40lbs overweight???

I have lost a few lbs during chemo but nothing to brag about. This lady is gonna get her butt out and exercising just as soon as I can stand up by myself. Getting stronger by the day.

That's interesting. I eat very little dairy products, but oh do I love the chocolate and diet soda's. ren

The beauty of your being and your soul radiates through that picture. What a wonderful day for golf it must have been. My husband plays every Sunday morning at 7am and loves it, rain or shine.

It is so wonderful to see you so blissful and happy. I wish you that forever, my dear friend Ren.

I'm heading to dreamland knowing I can get through a full week of work. Although it is challenging, I am determined, and stronger for the experience. Things are finally starting to come together in the complex world of law! YAY!!

Candy! did you say CANDY! I would kill for some candy but I am

diabetic!!!!! AAAARRRGGG!!!!! Another thing about Arimidex. I have

been doing some research and it has a half life of 50 hours, reaches

peak levels after 14 days and stays in the system for 5 days after you

stop taking it. Sooooooo, why do we have to take it every day?

Ruth

PS I am keeping you in my thoughts and prayers.

True, but if you eat too much it gives you the runs! I would have

said diahhrea but I don't know how to spell it!

Ruth

PS I am seriously thinking of taking the Arimidex every other day.

Bet I'd get the same benefits with fewer side effects and would still

have the same benefits. I mean, inspite of the weight gain, I only

weigh 120 lbs so why should I be dosed as though I am a horse? Yeah,

come to think of it, why isn't dosing based on weight?

Great! Thank you for asking.

I'm sure it's a "pulling" type pain caused from either exertion or scar tissue under the skin...and will pray it is for you like it was for me.

I have the 2-Day walk tomorrow - we sleep overnight in a local state park in a "tent" city type environment. I'm looking forward to an amazing experience! (although my foot isn't). lol

Glad you had a nice, long visit with your daughter and grandchildren. They must have had you running, but you loved every minute I'm sure.

Have a good weekend my friend.
