After my complaint to Kaiser's Member Services, they quickly got back to me, and a day after that did too. Not only did she resolve the issues I had inquired about in two letters sent 15 days appart, but she also set up my last appointment: The 2nd psych appointment (a particular policy of Fremont's Program. It doesn't matter that you passed the 1st Psyc appointment you need to undergo a second meeting with a member of their team this is planned for 2/16. Up to today I have lost 22 lbs, only 5 to go! So I now see the light again, I may have my surgery set around March. By the way, was not only compliant but nice, so if you also feel off the radar, don't hesitate to put in a call or email to Kaiser's Member Services.
