How true Jeanne. I find myself sometimes being mad about the fibro beast and

wondering " hmmmm, maybe I am crazy " .... then the old monster hits me square in

the whole body like a big punch, then I know again " no, I am not crazy.... it is

real and it is such a pain in the A$$ " .. As for people not believing, I guess I

am just use to it. I am lucky that my doc believes me and my hubby. (even if

hubby does not like to talk about it or deal with it).

hugs and love,

You're right, Jennie. We beat ourselves up all the time about not being the

people we used to be, like its our fault. How ridiculous! Does the person

with cancer blame themselves? Probably not(unless they smoked a lot or

something). And the people around us, family, docs, whomever, not believing

us just adds to our own self-doubts, and the beating ourselves up some more.

Let's all try to put the blame away for Christmas and feel that heaviness

lift off our shoulders, so we can feel a little lighter and hopefully more

joyful for the holidays. I've really come to love this group and all of you

guys. Merry Christmas, friends.

hardest one of all to forgive. This is especially important for Fibro

sufferers (and others with physical issues). Unforgiveness plays a HUGE part

in our pain, ailments and suffering. I KNOW it's a vicious cycle, believe

me I

KNOW...you forgive and they hurt you and you forgive and they hurt you, and

so on and on and on. I KNOW, I KNOW. But still we must do it if only for

ourselves!!!!!
