Guest guest
Anything good, hehe. No, really avoid pecan pie since it is high in fat. Lemon merangue pie is better. Drink small amounts egg nog. Go easy on mashed potatos. Don't eat too many deviled eggs. Hope this helps. If I think of more will let you know. Guest guest
I always try to avoid these as much as possible...course holiday time is harder. But try to keep these to a minimum Sugar, Caffeine, Alcohol, Nutrasweet (stuff with aspartame or sugar substitute in it), and Tobacco, you can remember them with a SCANT that's how I remember. Hope this helps! NC
Guest guest
Do you really think it was the food that triggered it? If any of it was provided by a deli or restaurant it could have had MSG in it. Other than that, I don't have any recommendations because each of us can have our own sensitivities. Maybe holiday stress has caught up with you? I hope you feel better soon.
