Guest guest
hi jerilyn, i printed off marti's cocktail, i bot and read dr. teitlebaum's book on fibro & fatigue and he has a lot of ideas, meds, supps and herbs. he has fibro & cfids himself, and he is an m.d. but i have been taking ambien 10mg,flexeril(generic)1/2 tab, xanax (generic) 1/2tab, 2 aleve, and recently per dr. teitelbaum's book, added two magnesium and one calcium tablets...and the minerals seem to be helping me sleep better. it may have something to do with helping muscles relax better, he didn't explain in his book, he just suggested to take some before bed. let us know what ends up working best for you, we may want to try it too, marg > > Would you guys mind telling me what kind of sleep meds you are on and > if you like them?? > My doc and I are trying to find the right one for me. > Thanx for your input!! > Jerilyn >

I like the way that Rozerem works for me, but Ambien CR, not the plain Ambien, works well, too. Love and gentle hugs, Debi/So. Guest guest
I wanna thank you guys for taking the time to reply... I really appreciate it. Right now i am trying 3mg od Lunesta and have tried the ambien cr in the past without success. The lunesta is ok so far but doesn't help me stay asleep all night. my doc said we can try other things if these don't work and he will give me samples so i don't have to spend the money to try things that don't work. He is a great guy my doc, i am very lucky. So I will keep in mind all the things you guys have suggested and maybe try some out. You have been a great help. I will let you know what turns out to work the best! Thanx again and Happy Holidays to all!! > > Would you guys mind telling me what kind of sleep meds you are on and > if you like them?? > My doc and I are trying to find the right one for me. > Thanx for your input!! > Jerilyn >
