I like tilapia and catfish and ocean perch.... none of which are noted

for high omega 3. <g>

tonight's the night -i did put ghee on squash last night though - no probs so

far - odor to BM though - reaction???? - doing 2 -24 hour urine tests and 8

stool tests today plus 10 vials of blood this a.m.- love the doctors

thoroughness but feeling like a science experiment right now - LOL
