Weather fronts affect me terribly. LOL! Rainy days are the worst. I SUFFER when

it is cold.

Had a wicked bout of knee pain in the Summer and could hardly walk, but all of

that went away and I can run up the stairs again. Weird! Now it is my back with

the electric shock pains. And the feet feel like I am walking barefoot over

sharp stones. Still managing to bake the Christmas cookies though I have to

work through the pains.

Hope you are feeling better soon.

Fibro monster has let up for now

I think the beast has let up on me for a few days. I have been the usual tired

and having some amount of pain...... but it sure is better than it was in the

early part of fall. I don't know how long it will last. We all know how

unpredictable this thing is. I still have some right shoulder pain but it is

much better than it was a few weeks ago. Some back pain too... but again not as

bad. Of course the knees hurt too at times.

A cold front is here now. I don't know what the morning holds when I wake up.

Well, love ya all....... Have the best Christmas possible. My heart is with

all the fibro victims everyday as I know and understand what a beast this can

be.

hugs,

Debra V.

Merry Christmas to you too. Well, my knees are giving me hell today. But I

guess I can patch them up with Salonpas, take my hydrocodone and go on. At

least I am off for Christmas Eve and Christmas day this year.

love and hugs,

Oh, I'm glad you have off today and tomorrow. Hope you have a very Merry

Christmas, and can be as pain-free as possible.
