Hi Jane Sharp,

You will probably do best by calling Harper who is not only a

therapist but also one of Dr. R's post-ops! She may be your quickest route.

If she can't do it, she may be able to give you a quick referral.

I'm sure someone will help you out with her phone number or e-mail

address. I just don't recall it right now.

Jane,

You are more than welcome to come to the clinic I work at and see me for

evaluation. Please check with Dr.R or Debbie for credential criteria. I

have been told my credentials are satisfactory. I have and MSW and LCSW-P.

I had the surgery on 3/10/99 and have lost 105 lbs. and about 20 lbs. away

from my goal. I am located at lin County Mental Health in Louisburg

about 35-40 minutes away from Durham. You have to make an initial

(registration) appt with me and then I will see you for your evaluation. If

I just filled out the history, and info forms that Dr provided. I have been

to various weightloss programs. I was so surprised that I didnt have to go

through an appeal. I hope it happens for you this way. will look foward to
