Ephedra... off the market, but helped me

I was thinking the other day about when they use to sell products with Ephedra

in them over the counter in convenience stores. Mind you, I know that was not a

safe product to use and especially for people that overdid it or had health

problems with heart and b/p.

But I use to take it sometimes and it would lift me from the fibro fog for a

while and I seemed to have felt better. (still not good as I have high

b/p)..... But the new over the counter stimulants are really worse for me....

I cannot take them. They are literally LOADED with caffiene and makes my heart

flutter and makes me feel like crap. So I dont take them. My husband is a

pretty good size guy and he can't even take them either. They make him feel

funny. I am not so sure that all that caffiene is better for anybody than

Ephedrine.

I know alot of drug pushers used the product for making their

methamphetamines. So they got pulled for that reason also.
