Well all, I worked today. I am really exhausted. I am going to bed soon. I

have tried to catch up with some of the posts here.

My shoulders and back hurt pretty bad. Just a usual typical day in the life

of a fibromite. LOL.

I had bad neck and shoulder pain last night, it just came on suddenly!

I blamed it on me going to get my nails done, and sitting in that chair

for an hour.

I hope you had a good night! Are you all getting this crazy wind this

morning? It's 68 south of Dallas, sunny, very windy and my sinuses and

allergies are a mess. My body aches. Cold front's coming!
